We're starting small, focusing on quality over quantity, and adding products only when we believe they deserve a place in the collection.
Coming soon: keyboards, PC components and peripherals — the same curation applied to the parts of a setup that do the work, not just the surface.
Most of our products are currently shipped internationally from our fulfillment partners in China to customers across the United States, with typical delivery times of 6–13 business days from the day an order ships. Some products and orders may instead be fulfilled domestically from within the US, which can result in faster delivery.
Because products may be fulfilled from different locations, items from the same order may arrive in separate packages and at different times.
We want to be transparent about where we are today. As SetupLab grows, we plan to expand our network of US-based suppliers to offer faster domestic shipping and eventually make it possible to build an entire setup in one order, with products that can be shipped together.

Who's behind SetupLab
I'm Yulian. I started SetupLab in 2026 after building one too many desks the slow way — hours spent cross-referencing mats, stands and cables that never quite matched once they arrived.
SetupLab is the shortcut I wanted: a small, deliberately narrow catalogue where the pieces are chosen to go together, so you can put a whole setup together in one order instead of a dozen tabs.
It's run by one person right now — me. When you email support@setuplabco.com, you're emailing me directly, and I usually reply within an hour or two.

Orders ship from our fulfillment partners — mostly internationally, sometimes domestically within the US — with typical delivery of 6–13 business days after an order ships. At this stage, items in the same order are sent as separate packages and can arrive on different days. Returns are open for 30 days, and most of the time you won't need to send anything back.
