Processing time

Orders are processed and handed to our fulfillment partner within 1–2 business days of purchase. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

We currently offer one shipping method — standard shipping — with no expedited option available yet.

Delivery estimate

Delivery is estimated at 6–13 business days from the day your order ships.

Most orders are shipped from our fulfillment partners in China, while some orders may be fulfilled domestically from within the US. Delivery times can vary depending on your location, fulfillment location, carrier, customs processing, and other factors.

The estimated delivery timeframe is not a guaranteed delivery date.

Customs & duties

Orders may be shipped internationally from our fulfillment partners and may be subject to customs duties or import fees depending on the shipment and applicable regulations.

Any customs duties, import fees, or other charges imposed by customs authorities or the delivery carrier are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Multi-item orders

Items ordered together may ship in separate parcels from different fulfillment locations and may arrive on different days.

Each parcel will have its own tracking information, so it is normal for an order to arrive in more than one delivery.

Order tracking

Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order ships.

You can use your tracking number to track your package anytime through our Track Order page.

Tracking information and delivery estimates may update automatically as your package moves through the carrier's network.

Shipping availability

We currently ship within the United States only.

International shipping outside the United States, including shipping to the EU, is not currently available.
